This staging package is the basic fundamentals providing staging up to 3 main areas. (Typically the Livingroom, Dining Room and Master Bedroom.)

• High End-

  (most popular)

This staging package includes layers of decor to create emotional connections for an inviting home environment up to 5 main areas of your home including the hallway, and entryway.

• Luxury-

This ultimate staging package is lavished with decor, linens, art rugs and furniture expertly placed to make a luxurious space up to 7 main rooms plus hallway, entryway and outside area.

*Extra rooms/areas that can be added to any package includes: Entryway, Hallway, Office, Nursery, Guest Bedroom, kids room, 4 Seasons room, Basement, Front Porch, Outside Entertainment Area and Extra Bathrooms at additional cost.

We require a 2 weeks notice after the visitation at the property, for Design details, pulling inventory, packing, loading, unloading and staging but may be changed according to the need and availability.

A $300 Consultation fee is required prior to the Vacant Consultation which 100% will be applied to the Vacant Staging with a signed contract. The consultation includes all the valuable info you will need to prepare your home for the market including but not limited to curb appeal, color selections, minor repairs and any updated/upgrades ideas for gorgeous MLS pics and a great first and memorable impression so the buyers will fall in love with your home and sell faster with an increased ROI.
