  • Walk Through Consultation Virtually-This service is performed via an on-line source with pictures emailed prior to the virtual consultation.

  • Walk through Consultation with Detailed Written Staging Report- You’ll receive a customized detailed written report to set your home above the rest.

Occupied Mini Restyle Staging

This service is followed by a Staging Consultation. You’ll be amazed at the transformation of what we can accomplish within a few hour. You will be working along side the stager using what you already own to transform the main areas of your home to create a canvas where buyers can envision the space as theirs. This service can be performed remotely upon request. This service will take up to 4 hours in your home and also includes the following:

  • Kitchen and main bath staging

  • Organizational strategies

  • Main living area staging with emotional connection points

  • Improved lighting and floor plan flow

    You will end up with beautiful staged rooms ready for photos.

Restyle Ultimate Power Staging

This service is followed by a Staging Consultation. If you own a larger home or more extensive work is required than this service is a perfect fit for you. This service entails everything the Restyle Mini Staging makeover covers but allow up to 8 hours of staging in your home.

Accessory Staging

This service is implemented following a Staging Consultation when you need help updating your investment. After you have completed the necessary suggestions and the “Seal the Deal Staging checklist” from the consultation we will blend in our items to form a dramatic makeover that will attract high paying buyers.

  • 1st Level :

    Includes professional staging up to 3 rooms including art, tablescapes/ Vignettes, table, shelf decor, fireplace mantles/buffets, and lighting. 30 day rental included, along with expert design planning, neuromarketing, Specialized property presentation photo prep, packaging and transporting inventory, truck rental and destaging.

  • 2nd Level:

    Includes professional staging up to 5 rooms including art, tablescapes, vignettes, table and shelf decor fireplace mantles/buffets and lighting. 30 day rental included along with neuromarketing, specialized property presentation photo prep, expert design planning, packaging and transporting inventory, truck rental and destaging.

  • 3rd Level:

    Includes staging for full home including of art, tablescapes/vignettes, table and shelf decor fireplace mantles/buffets and lighting. 30 day rental included along with neuromarketing, specialized property presentation photo prep, expert design planning, packaging and transporting inventory, truck rental and destaging.
